Landscape Photographer of the Year 2011

Going to the Landscape Photographer of the Year 2011 exhibition tomorrow night, and although I have the book I am excited to see the work for real in large print. Should be great and also looking forward to hearing from Charlie Waite.

Will review exhibition on here soon.

17th January 2012

I left for work early in the hope of catching the fabulous sunrise but was sadly defeated by First Capital Connect trains. Delays meant I arrived at London Bridge 20 minutes after I was scheduled and missed the fabulous pink hue that I had seen earlier as I disappeared underground. Still I thought I would see what I could get and this is it. Hope you like it..

New Toy

I had just got my new EF 24 - 105mm F4L IS USM and couldn't wait to try it out. Took my camera to work and chose to walk along the river back from a meeting. Couldn't believe the clarity when I got home and looked at my shots on the monitor. Really want to get out and shoot a lot more.
